Cancellation and Refund Terms
GENERAL:
1- If you place an order through the website, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales agreement provided to you electronically.
2- Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
3- Shipping fees for product shipments will be paid by the buyers.
4- Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, within the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.
5-The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specified characteristics in the order, and accompanied by documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual if applicable.
6- If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days from the date of learning about this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days.
NON-PAYMENT OF PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE:
7- If the buyer does not pay the purchase price of the product or cancels it in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product terminates.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD FOR PURCHASES:
8- After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the buyer's payment card has been unauthorizedly used by unauthorized persons and the product price is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the product to the Seller within 3 days, with the shipping cost to be borne by the SELLER.
DELIVERY IMPOSSIBLE DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:
9- In case of unforeseeable force majeure events preventing the delivery of the product within the specified period, the situation will be notified to the Buyer. The Buyer can request cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the Buyer cancels the order, and if the payment was made in cash, the amount will be refunded in cash within 14 days from the cancellation. If the payment was made by credit card and the order is canceled, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation, but the transfer to the Buyer's account by the bank may take 2-3 weeks.
BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
10- Before accepting the goods/services subject to the contract, the Buyer shall inspect the product/service; damaged, broken, torn packaging, etc. damaged and defective products/services will not be accepted from the courier. The received goods/services will be deemed undamaged and intact. The BUYER must carefully protect the product/service after delivery. If the right of withdrawal will be exercised, the product/service should not be used. The Invoice must also be returned with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
11- The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract without any legal or criminal liability by refusing the product within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product to the Buyer or the person/organization at the address indicated. The Buyer must inform the SELLER through the contact information below.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
13- If the buyer has purchased a service, the 14-day period for exercising the right of withdrawal starts from the date of signing the contract. In service contracts where the performance of the service has started with the approval of the consumer before the end of the right of withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
14- The expenses arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal are borne by the SELLER.
15- In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to notify the SELLER in writing by registered mail, fax, or e-mail within the 14-day period, and the product must not be used within the scope of the provisions of "Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used" specified in this contract.
USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
16- The invoice of the product delivered to the 3rd party or the BUYER must be returned. (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning. Order returns made in the name of corporations cannot be completed if RETURN INVOICE is not issued.)
17- The return form, the box of the products to be returned, and their packaging, if any, along with standard accessories, must be returned complete and undamaged.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
18- Within 10 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notice, the SELLER is obliged to refund the total price to the BUYER and return the documents that put the BUYER under debt, and to take back the goods within 20 days at the latest.
19- If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to a reason arising from the fault of the BUYER or if it becomes impossible to return the goods, the BUYER is obliged to compensate for the damages of the SELLER to the extent of the fault of the BUYER. However, the BUYER is not responsible for any changes and deteriorations that occur due to the proper use of the goods or products within the right of withdrawal period.
20- If the campaign limit amount determined by the SELLER is fallen below due to the use of the right of withdrawal, the amount of discount utilized under the campaign will be canceled.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED:
21- Products prepared according to the buyer's request or clearly personalized, non-returnable goods due to health and hygiene reasons, including underwear bottoms, swimwear bottoms, makeup products, disposable products, goods that are prone to rapid deterioration or whose expiration date has passed, products that are unsuitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons, especially if their packaging is opened by the BUYER after delivery, mixed with other products after delivery and products that cannot be separated due to their nature, except for those provided under the Subscription Agreement, goods related to periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, and non-material goods such as audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, computer consumables, cannot be returned as per the Regulation if their packaging is opened by the BUYER. Also, the right of withdrawal for services that have been started with the consumer's approval before the end of the withdrawal period cannot be used as per the Regulation.
22- Cosmetic and personal care products, underwear products, swimsuits, bikinis, books, copyable software and programs, DVD, VCD, CD and cassettes, and stationery supplies (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) must be unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused in order to be returned.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
23- If the BUYER defaults on payment transactions made with a credit card, the BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that they will pay interest and be responsible towards the bank, in accordance with the credit card agreement between the cardholder bank and the buyer. In this case, the relevant bank may resort to legal remedies; request the expenses and attorney's fees from the BUYER, and in any case, if the BUYER defaults on the debt, the BUYER agrees to pay the damages and losses incurred by the SELLER due to the delayed performance of the debt.
